Clickclad Pipe Systems

Our Clickclad pipe system has 3 type of finishes, Aluminium, Stainless Steel 304L - 316L and various Colourbond colours available. Each pipe cladding material has its advantages which should be considered to see whether it is suitable for your project.

Aluminium Cladding Pipe

Aluminium cladding pipe is rust free and fire resistant.

Although Aluminium is not as physically strong as steel, it is generally sufficient to handle most applications. It has high durability and low maintenance cost.

Colourbond Cladding Pipe

Colourbond cladding pipe is able to retain a slick appearance for years due to the use of super Polyester coating technology. It has outstanding anti corrosion properties because of its alloy coating. The alloy and colour process is heated applied which greatly enhance the durability. One great advantage of Colourbond is the long lasting appearance and variety of colours available. While other pipes may require repainting, Colourbond can maintain its appearance for years.

Stainless Steel Cladding Pipe

Stainless steel is corrosion resistant which would likely to avoid metal leaching into water. Due to its superior strength, it can withstand much higher force than other materials which allows greater pressure with a smaller diameter of pipe. The appearance tends to be retained with minimal effort but there is no colour selection. Clickclad provides 304 and 316 marine grade stainless steel with options for highly polished and unpolished. Please contact us if you are unsure which options are suitable for your project.

Fabricated Cladding Pipe

The pre-fabricated approach to piping has no disadvantages. It provides great flexibility in terms of piping construction, elbows or tee installations. Clickclad cladding system uses no rivets, glue or screws. It can be assembled in short time without tools, it can also be removed and re-assembled with minimal effort and zero waste of materials.
